Q: The curtains that I send to drycleaners normally shrink; does your process cause shrinkage?
A: No shrinkage, fading or fibre damage is caused by our unique on-site cleaning process
Q: Carpeting and upholstery feel slightly sticky after a clean and seem to get dirty again quite quickly, does your process do the same?
A: No, our process does not leave a soap or sticky residue on or within the fibre. The soap / sticky residue actually attracts dirt to the fibre making your furnishings look and feel grubby. We at Town and Country always finish our process with a “rinse cycle” to ensure a hypo-allergenic clean!
